Message | what about when security could be put at risk, such as with head to toe garments, this is meant in a particular situation, such as that of the airport. |

Message | As it is a basic right of a human being to practice their religion without being persecuted we believe that all people should be allowed to wear religious symbols and religious clothing in public. We feel that the current law stopping people from wearing these in public is unfair and that people should be allowed to express themselves. If people are not allowed to do so then they may feel that they are being badly treated, this could lead to resentment, violence and possibly religious extremism in some religious groups. However we do feel that there should be some controls over who can wear what. We do believe it to be fairly innappropriate if people working for the government wear religious icons. These people are supposed to be impartial and are meant to put the needs of the entire population at the top of the agenda. There is a risk that some religious groups may feel discriminated against because of religious grounds if a government worker making a decision is wearing a religious symbol or piece of clothing. |

Message | It is standard procedure in an airport for a person wearing religious clothing to be taken into a private room and searched by a member of the same sex out of the public eye. The person wearing religious clothing knows that this is the case before they reply so there is usually no problem. |

Message | I agree entirely to this bill and would go further. Wearing of religious symbols should not be regulated by this government. |

Random fact: In Culturally Protected nations, it is the responsibility of players to ensure the candidate boxes on their Party Overview screens are filled in with appropriate names. If a player is allotted seats in a Cabinet bill and has not filled in names for the relevant candidate position, then the program will automatically fill in the positions with names which might not necessarily be appropriate for the Cultural Protocols. |
