| Resolved, that the official languages of New Endralon shall be Romanian and English. Resolved, that the monarchy is hereby abolished and a parliamentary republic is established in his stead. Resolved, that all titles of royalty and nobility are hereby revoked. However, any surviving former monarchs shall be entitled to a pension exactly equal to the presidential pension plan, as applicable. Resolved, that the official longform of New Endralon shall be the Republica Noua Endralon. Resolved, that the head of state shall be the Preşedintele (president). The Preşedintele shall serve in a ceremonial capacity but shall serve as Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, appoint justices to the Supreme Court and shall represent the interests of New Endralonians abroad. The government shall be headed by a Prim-ministru (prime minister). He or she she run the day-to-day affairs of the nation in tandem with a cabinet. The Prim-ministru and his/her cabinet shall be accountable to the Parlamentul (parliament) and must maintain the confidence of the Parlamentul at all times. Should confidence be lost, he/she and the cabinet must tender their resignation at once. |

| Message | Since we are keeping the Romanian theme, I thought using commonwealth would be inappropriate as the term is generally Anglophone in nature. I did research and found that Republic of New Endralon would be Republica Noua Endralon in Romanian. I did this by looking up nations with Republic in their official titles and how the long form translated. In each case, it was Republica, without any accents nor with a 'din' after the word. Also, I looked up nations with New (Nouvelle, etc.) in their names and their Romanian transliterations. In each case, at least with the longforms, Noua was used and without any accent marks. |
