| BE IT RESOLVED: 1. Conscription will only be used when the Democratic Republic of Aloria is invaded OR a state of emergency has been declared, and use of conscription has been authorized by the Minister of Defence. 2. All able bodied men ages 16-30 and all able bodied women ages 16-25 will be required to submit for examination, and will then be issued draft cards if they pass the test. |
