Resolved, that the purchase, selling, possession, storage and/or consumption of alcohol and tobacco products shall be limited to legal adults. Resolved, that the selling of alcohol products shall be limited to stores and bars licensed to do so by the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Resolved, that the consumption of tobacco products shall be limited to homes, clubs that do not recieve public financing or tax breaks and bars. |
