| Ultimately, Mordusia stands for freedom and justice, even if governments have faltered in their dedication to those two things. It is in the spirit of Justice that the MAU proposes this bill. "Collateral Damage" is a morally reprehensible, but sometimes unavoidable situation in war. Thus, in the spirit of justice, this bill will mandate that the Mordusian Government pay reparations at fair market value for all non-military destruction caused during times of war. This money will be taken from the defence budget, and no taxes may be raised to pay for these reparations. |

| Message | NO, the defense budget is there ONLY to protect the people of Mordusia, not to repay for destruction it causes. The FRP cannot stress how much it is sickenned of hearing of "unjust" things, "social justice" and the rest. The justice or unjustice of actions is ENTIRELY subjective, so we call on the MAU and UJP to cease using ideotic, self-rigtheous rhetoric when trying to debate issues. |
