Bill: Religious Reform of 2692
Details
Submitted by[?]: Russian Tempest Party
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: July 2693
Description[?]:
The Russian Tempest Party is appalled at the state of religion in this region. Many people feel the need to turn to a higher power for their strength and this nation should allow them to do so. We will of course allow only recognized religions to be a part of this fine nation but the RTP believes that if the citizens feel the need to look to a higher power for peace of mind, we should support them. |

Date | 15:46:34, January 07, 2009 CET | From | Luthori Spiritual Secularist Society | To | Debating the Religious Reform of 2692 |
Message | Mr. Speaker, We members of the Society would like to remind the other parties that religions do NOT have the right to exist. Organised religion is counter to the very essence of true spirituality and must remain abolished in this fine nation in order to allow the spirituality of the people to increase. Organised religion equals only death. I yield. |
