This bill is put in place to make the lives of our nations tertiary level students a bit easier. To establish a demonstration program to support college and university communities that wish to expand their book store services and savings for students through the creation of course material rental programs. Through this system the government buys the books and rent them out. Students generally will pay much less and a burden will be lift. |

Message | I think that a person of 17 years old is able to decide what is good for her or him in the field of eduation. We are for school gratuity at all level, however the Social Liberals is opposed to the idea of forced instruction. |
