"After discussions with our Muslim acquaintances in the Holy Islamic Church of Terra and the Majatran Republic of Al'Badara, we are pleased to announce we have come to an agreement for the removal of the Caliphate in Southern Padrilka without the necessity of war."

Article 1: All Islamic Holy Sites in Beiteynu not also revered by the Jewish people will be transferred to the ownership of the Holy Islamic Church of Terra.

Article 2: Article 1 Shall come into force upon:
a) Formal recognition from the Holy Islamic Church of Terra of Beiteynus sovereignty over all five of its Mehozot.
b) Formal recognition from the Majatran Republic of Al'Badara (or its successor State) of Beiteynus sovereignty over all five of its Mehozot.

Article 3: Article 1 may be revoked if any of the following occurs:
a) The Holy Islamic Church of Terra attempts to transfer ownership to a third organisation without support from the Beiteynuese Government
b) There is evidence of refusal by the Holy Islamic Church of Terra or refusal within the Holy Sites to obey Beiteynuese National and Mehozot laws.
c) There is evidence of attempts to block access to any Holy Sites also revered by other religions.
d) The Holy Islamic Church of Terra withdraws its recognition of Beiteynus sovereignty over its five Mehozot
e) The Majatran Republic of Al'Badara (or its successor State) withdraws its recognition of Beiteynuese sovereignty over its five Mehozot.

MessageOOC: CzP you wouldn't have been allowed to build a new temple on the temple mount since its the holiest site in Judaism and the Jews wouldn't want you to build it there since a new temple isn't supposed to be built until the messianic era.
