| Given that the Luthori occupation of Endlid is an intolerable situation for the mehozot occupants, Given Luthoris aggressive military posturing and refusal to attempt to work towards an equitable solution for the people of Beiteynu, The Knesset affirms that all actions that are part of the resistance to the occupation are a legitimate acts of defence, and as such Knesset acknowledges that Beiteynu has no right to prosecute or suppress the resistance. |
