MessageOOC:
I'd been planning to do something like this even before the whole invasion thing.
Originally I'd only planned o having a 3,000 aircraft air force, however since most of our air force is helicopters and U/CAV's my goal is down to 4,000, which admittedly this misses by about 600 aircraft.

MessageBeiteynu lost all their lands at Squibble to Deltaria, so I doubt they can be clasified as aggressor nation. They also lost some of their vessels too, so they would have use for them. We would support selling them to Beiteynu.

MessageBeiyteynu was one of the first nations to line up to 'purchase' not only our military but states from the treacherous scum that tried to destroy us.

Beyond that Beiyteynu is one of our historical enemies anyways.

Message"We should point out that the Beiteynuese Government or any Beiteynuese private organisation has never attempted to for bid for any military equipments or states of Sekowo. Several Beiteynuese Private Organisation did try to buy scientific installations, however the Government rejected their request for a loan, so holding us responsible for it is a flawed assessment.

Additonally, we question how democratic Sekowo is if the DSP is allowed to simply declare that Beiteynu is forbidden from buying in your clearout sale, when quite clearly it is a decision of the entire government.

Finally, we take umbridge with the our classification as 'historic enemies'. Apart from the fact that we have never been to war, recognised the legitimacy of your ownership of Squibble Minor and never challenged your land claims elsewhere, the idea of 'historic enemies' seems to us to be an idea similar to ones used by totalitarian states to keep their oppressed masses focused on an external enemy rather than focusing on their real problems. Is Sekowo in such a state that it requires these measures? If it is, we would suggest it focuses on those nations who actually did attempt to buy elements of the Sekowan economy (there are, after all, a lot to choose from) rather than a nation half the World away without the motivation or capacity to strike at Sekowo.

You have a surplus, we have a demand. It is really be as simple as that."

MessageOOC: To be honest if you're basing this on a personal dislike, which as far as I'm aware you are, then I'm going to blame you as well.

My apologies if you do have legitimate reasons, and for a long time there were several for barring sale to Beiteynu. But now an OOC dislike seems to be the only reason for us to be in dispute, and I'm not going to have diplomatic relations set by that.

No, I don't actually dislike CZP, but he has spearheaded alot of things that were either explicitly against us or were indirectly against us, that's where the animosity comes from IC.
