Article #2. Vice president is nominated by the President for comfirmation/ Approval to the assembly

Article #3. Vice president assumes control of the government in the president's absences in case's of
emergency. Such as An attack on our nation // Civil war/// ext. The Vice president may deffend Cobura by using the Military.
The Vice president may not attack another nation.


The Vice President can not change policy or issue executive order's changing policy.
