We are also concerned by the lack of balans between the revenue of the income tax and our expenditures. |

| Message | We've been increasing higher brackets and decreasing lower brackets in a pattern for a while now. Then we can simplify. (OOC: BTW, In order to get an idea of the brackets, progression and buying power, the Kalistani ruble is equal to about 1.5 USD. ) |
