Everyone should have the right to freedom of speech and should be passed under a basic human rights.
For a democratic system to work an informed electorate is necessary. In order to be appropriately knowledgeable, there must be no constraints on the free flow of information and ideas. This Bill will ensure the peoples voices are heard.
However further systems should be put inplace to ensure that, freedom of speech is not abused, particularly when freedom of speech conflicts with other values or rights.
