With the passing of this bill the 'Sultanate of Al'Badara' shall be renamed the 'United Badaran Emirates'. ------------------------------ The five Royal Houses of Al'Badara each control one Emirate, and the heads of said houses shall form the Supreme Council. One of the houses shall hold the Head of State position, and upon the death of the holder of said position, their heir(Known as the Crown Prince[ss]) will assume the position. The Supreme Council must unanimously vote before the heir can assume the position, although this is a mostly symbolic action, for if any of the Supreme Council refuse the heir, it shall result in a state of war between their Emirate and the remaining Emirates. The four houses who do not hold the presidency shall each hold one of the important ministries, and the succession of said positions will also be hereditary. ------------------------------ Sumilkando: Sheik Amina Al-Majali, Lady of Dar al Salam, Emir of Sumilkando, and President of Al'Badara Kayuratan: Sheik Ali Al-Hassan, Emir of Kayuratan, and Prime Minister of Al'Badara Gharki: Sheik Tahir Al-Barad, Emir of Gharki, and Defence Minister of Al'Badara Kandala: Sheik Najib Al-Ahmad, Emir of Kandala, and Justice Minister of Al'Badara Agundi: Sheik Abdul Al-Qaderi, Emir of Agundi, and Foreign Minister of Al'Badara ------------------------------ The Holy Islamic Church of Terra shall be based in Gharki in the city of Dar al Badara. The government of Al'Badara shall make Islam the mandatory religion of all Badaran citizens. Each Emirate's local government shall be responsible for the construction of mosques and mazhabs and the enforcement of Islamic laws and regulations. The Head Imaam of Al'Badara shall become the leader of a new ministry that shall work with local governments to institute religious policies. Non-citizens that permanently reside in the nation are not required to be Muslims, however, they are required to be people of the book, as a specified in the Quran. |

Message | The Holy Islamic Church of Terra receives Zakat from Muslims around the world, but aside from this it recieves very little in terms of funding for the multiple charities that it hosts, along with the construction and upkeep of religious structures. If anything, we should be funding them(which we intend to do) rather than taxing them. The same applies for the Christian Churches and the Jewish Church as well. |
