MessageWe agree with the first proposal to an extent, although there is always the risk of every convicted felon appealing their case and flooding our countries legal system. With regards to the second proposal we do not really see how much difference there is between this and the current law, to be brutally honest it seems a little pointless, would'nt the national government be a better judge of whether to impose a curfew in the grave event of a state of emergency?

Messageno, surely it is better to judge curfew on a local level, for example in a state of war, rural areas will be less effected
