Tobacco is an extremely addictive drug that, in long term use, is detrimental to the quality of life of those addicted as well as those around them. It is, furthermore, often eventually fatal to the user. With the above in mind, it is hereby proposed that those below the age of majority be restricted from purchasing or using cigarettes. |
