| OOC: Ok, so here's a proposal for a complete list of Luthori's soldiers and equipment. I kept the same vehicle-troop ratio as the US army has, doubling the numbers of vehicles as we have double the number of troops. This may seem as a very large army, but then again, we spend the equivalent of 1.5 trillion USD, double what the US spends. Please feel free to giv suggestions or to point out any possible errors. Spending for after maintenance and such is losely based on the US military's spending. IC: We would like to present our military modernization system, in collaboration with a number of arms contractors, military experts and the finance ministry. We estimate this project to take anywhere between 2 and 10 years to be completed. Here are the details for the proposed armed forces: http://www.mediafire.com/?qwwzdiy21f2 The total estimated price will be 263.95bn LPD, to be payed with the large amounts of unacounted money sleeping in the defense ministry vaults.
