| Following the years of discussion it has become apprent that their is large scale support for a fundamental restructuring of the nation. Upon the passage of this legislation the following reforms shall take place; -The structuring of the nation shall change from that of a Federal Commonwealth to that of a Federated Empire. -The long name of the nations shall be changed from the 'Federal Commonwealth of Sekowo' to the 'Imperial Federation of Sekowo'. -The Executive structure of the nation shall be consolidated into two positions, the Tenno who shall be the elected Emperor/Empress, holding both the powers of State and Government and the Cabinet which shall continue to exist in its present form with the exception of the removed position of C'valyi (HoG). |
