Message | We generally prefer to do things at the national level instead of local; but see no need to oppose this particular bill, since it's moot just as KPF explained. |

Message | The elections took place before this bill's deadline, so it got reset to the debate stage. You can add the proposal now before sending it back to vote, or create another bill with the proposal and delete this one, whichever you'd prefer. Both KPJP and (likely) KPF will vote against once the proposal is attached, so it won't pass; but what's important is that it (along with any other bills with proposals) will give you visibility for the next election. Kirlawa has had very few bills recently with proposals, so all five parties have been losing visibility; however, the four older parties had some stored up from before, whereas you're the newest and had very little to begin with, which is why you lost your seats. If you create plenty of bills with proposals, bring them to vote, and vote on them, then no matter whether they pass or fail you'll get visibility, and seats in the next election. Good luck! |

Random fact: In cases where a party has no seat, the default presumption should be that the party is able to contribute to debates in the legislature due to one of its members winning a seat at a by-election. However, players may collectively improvise arrangements of their own to provide a satisfying explanation for how parties with no seats in the legislature can speak and vote there. |
