Message | Mr. Speaker, If the government interferes, all that it will do is create inefficiency and unfairness in the form of redistribution from well-operating firms to poorly-operating firms. The people should not be lulled to sleep by this encroachment on their freedom under the guise of protection. Those who would give up their freedom for a little security do not deserve their freedom. I yield the floor. |
