Details
Submitted by[?]: United Workers
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: November 2706
Description[?]:
Adultary is also wrong, but as we were defeated the last time we posed a bill regarding adultary to make it a capital offence, there was support in the way that the bill's comments showed up that most parties in the AUGL believed it was wrong, but not punishable by death. In one law, the followowing is stated: 'Adult individuals may not own firearms unless professionally required' We believe that this should be so, and for those who can carry guns must apply for a licence to conceal them, and must own this licence to carry them at all. this licence will also be a competency check, and those who fail will not be allowed to carry firearms. This test will also enable the public to not be subjected to the sight of guns, and only the police and army may have the guns in open veiw. |
