Message | Quite apart from violating prisoners rights, forcing them to work distorts the economy by providing a guaranteed pool of cheap labour, undercutting ordinary workers and lowering the standard of living of the entire nation. |

Date | 17:02:27, October 12, 2005 CET | From | Malivia Democratic Party | To | Debating the Prison Slave Labour Abolition Act |
Message | The MDP doesn't buy the 'prisoners rights' argument, as I belive that once you've been convicted of a crime, you give up certain priviliges. However, the Libcom presents a compelling economic argument for this bill. Will have to think about it. |

Message | We will vote for this in exchange for the LibComs favorable vote on advertising allowance bill. |

Message | Against. Why should they commit a crime then be allowed to be lazy? |
