Section 1: All executive orders issued by the Head of State are null and void unless and until the order is presented in a bill or resolution and the bill or resolution is passed by a majority vote of the Parliament. Section 2: This act shall apply to all previous executive orders issued by the Head of State which have not been approved by a majority vote of Parliament. |
