MessageI believe that 750 is far too many. Perhaps we can have a system to figure out how many seats we have in the legislative assembly. My idea is that for every 50 million people, we add another 50 seats. So for now, with 310 million people, 300 seats doesn't seem too bad.

MessageIdeally, we should have a system that has a number that is prime (to avoid ties) and divisible by 2 and 3 (for voting purposes). Unfortunately, there is no number both prime and divisible by 2 and 3 so one or the other is good.
