The Alorian Populist Party (PrCoa) propose to adjust the government's income tax policy to better address the economic situation of the Democratic Republic of Aloria.

To end the Depression, we need more spending, more spending by consumers and by government to increase demand. Also, we need to cut taxes for the average, poor, working and middle class Alorians, also to encourage demand and consumer spending.

I understand that these two don't reconcile. While Aloria has a history of avoiding deficit spending, and I wish for that to continue, the current Depression demands and warrant and exception to this rule. The deficit spending is only a temporary measure, and it is a necessary one.
