| Due to the potential need for assistance to Kirlawa in New Englia, I hereby issue the following orders to the military: 1) The Army and Air Force will go to DEFCON 2. The Navy and Marines will remain at DEFCON 2. 2) The Navy is ordered to prepare for immediate depart upon confirmation to a foreign territory. 3) The Navy is hereby ordered to prepare for a full naval blockade of a foreign territory. 4) The Army is hereby ordered to get all equipment ready for transport to foreign territory upon confirmation. 5) The Air Force is hereby ordered to prepare for a full scale air raid of a foreign territory. 6) All personnel in charge of WMDs are hereby ordered to report to their posts. 7) The REDCON level for the military is hereby upgraded to 1.5. | Message | upon reading this i am slightyly concerned for my nation's security though i am aware that this is about New englia i feel slightly nervous as we are neibours. OCC to the Liberal party i do not want to seem like i am interfearing but i am sure you would be concerned if you were in my position. By the way what is this New Englia thing about i know it is none of my buisness but i would just like to know out of intrest. |

| Message | OOC: Wow! You took the words out of my mouth. I posted this about three years ago (game time), that is kind of too long for you to be concerned now. The situation in New Englia can be found on the forums but since it is almost impossible to find an answer there, I'll give you a short summary. New Englia is a colony of Kirlawa (a member of NATO). Kazulia threatened to annex it by using their military. Kirlawa and I told them to back off and now they are in a peace conference. That's pretty much it. IC: Likatonia should not be worried at this point in time. If we wanted something from Likatonia, we would have gotten it many months ago. |
