| OOC: i will soon return to Jelbania, where i believe i might be able to retake the HoS shortly IC: As the past years have seen the fall of the Deltarian Empire through (now-annuled) laws and other acts that would be seen as high crimes to His Majesty, the Knyaz, I, Araman Jorsett, Leader of the Agressive Lutherans Party here in Deltaria and who have seen the revival of the Lutheran agenda (which led to the retaking of Darali for the Patriot cause) now ask the Boyar Duma by 2/3rds majority to re-instate our pledge toward imperialism by agreeing to the following act: ARTICLE 1: On this day, the Boyar Duma, under the seal of approval from the Knyaz and his loyal cabinet, do hereby declare the Staré Czárske Deltársko to be an Empire. ARTICLE 2: On this day, the Staré Czárske Deltársko re-claims the Deltarian Protectorate of Jelbania as part of the Knyaz's Empire. ARTICLE 3: On this day, the Staré Czárske Deltársko re-claims the Border Marches and takes whatever action necessary as directed under the great wisdom of the Knyaz to bring that rebellious land under faithful obedience. ARTICLE 4: And finally, on this day, the Staré Czárske Deltársko declares the terms "expansionism" and "imperialism" to be taught in a better light to her Deltarian students (conquered or of the motherland) in order to bring about the right light to these terms which are often mistaken as "cruel" and "vile." |
