The Stortinget resolves that all resolution bills (bills including no proposals) shall include the word resolution in the title to make proper sorting and enforcement of resolutions easier.

All resolutions failing to include "Resolution" in the title will not be recognized as passing, regardless of the number of votes the resolution gained.

Including the Month and Date of the Resolution shall be encouraged but not required for recognition.
