Bill: Extradition Treaty
Details
Submitted by[?]: Moderate Conservative
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: July 2126
Description[?]:
The Free Republic of Saridan should not permit our citizens to be extradited by foreign nations, no matter what their crime. Our citizens must be held accountable to our laws, and should only be punished by the verdict of their peers. Having countries with radically different cultures and regards to human life try one of our citizens for a crime is inadmissable no matter how grevious the crime was. |
