OOC: All player controlled organizations in Kazulia shall have their party finances calculated by the following formula(s):

C = Corruption Rate = 1% * total budget of all ministries controlled by that party
D = Donations = number of Stortinget votes received in last elections * 2,000
Y = Years of Existence (starting from the year their first bill was proposed or the first election year they were present for; whichever is earliest)
O = Outside Income = if applicable, the income from a party organization that provides funding to members

Cash Reserves (CR): CR = C+D+(Y*1,000,000) + O
