| We, the Parliament of the United Republics of Lodamun, do hereby approve the following changes to our laws. The following additions are made to the Articles: Article 5: ...unless approved by Parliament by passing a resolution to make an exemption for a group of people. Article 6: ..unless an exemption is made by Parliament by passing a resolution authorizing the aid. |
