| Message | Currently, the government is running an 87.8 billion DAR surplus. We propose to invest this amount in Infrastructure, Health, Education, Science, Agriculture and Trade, in order to promote further economic growth and improvements in living conditions nationwide. Even with the spending increases, the budget will be a bit to the surplus side, by just under 3 billion DAR per year. |
