| Message | Another attempt at a compromise. To state the background: BF requested Foreign Affairs and will not join a government where Red Dawn retains Trade and Industry (its only other present ministry.) The CCC will not join a government that excludes Red Dawn. We thus propose to give Red Dawn the Finance Ministry, leaving the remainder of the NDP's seats to BF with the exclusion of the Health/Education swap. We will take over Trade from Red Dawn, BF takes Foreign and the remainder of the mnistries' party assignments are unchanged. |
