We hereby resolve to restore the treaty regime which has governed Kalistan for decades. A yes vote for this resolution will call upon the Foreign Affairs Ministry to repropose the following treaties for reratification: The Organization of Drug Exporting Nations http://classic.particracy.net/viewtreaty.php?treatyid=600 The Comprehensive Gay Rights Treaty http://classic.particracy.net/viewtreaty.php?treatyid=643 The International Agreement on The Right to Control of the Body http://classic.particracy.net/viewtreaty.php?treatyid=353 The International Agreement on Education http://classic.particracy.net/viewtreaty.php?treatyid=359 The Coalition of Privateering States http://classic.particracy.net/viewtreaty.php?treatyid=1163 Further be it resolved that, if this resolution is passed, that if the foreign Ministry does not repropose these above treaties for re-ratification within 6 months, the foreign minister will be officially censured by act of Assembly. This bill is eligible for amendment by debate during the vote, and the record of debate will be preserved with the resolution. |

Message | The purpose is to give our ships the right to seize cargo in contravention with our other treaty obligations, most notably, the ODEN. Additionally, we aim to cut down on illegal smuggling from and to Kalistan. We promote socialism both on land and with this act, on the high seas. |
