Message | OOC: You know I've always wondered about the age thing as there are three unique laws revolving around the issue of what makes one an adult. The best theory I've ever come up with is the proposal and options for whom is considered an adult is a matter of pure nomenclature. I guess my example would be, as N.M.P. proposed -everyone- would be an adult and that -everyone- that is an adult would be 19 years old; as this proposal spells it out. Though, you can take the current law which is adulthood is determined by age but, you still get to set the age. It's a bit of a white-wash I think; honestly I've always wondered about that specific set of proposals. At the least it has -zero- to do with our political positions as far as the game mechanics go. I hope that made sense, it's about as much of it as I can make with the various options on the age/adulthood issue. Articles 1 and 2 don't much matter to me, though as a friendly hint to everyone who doesn't comb our papers for the automatically generated opinion polls on specific pieces of legislation-Zardugal as a nation is 100% in favor "everyone being an adult." And it isn't as if I'm making that up, you can go look and find it yourselves and it's not exactly a hot-button political issue either heh. Article 3 I have proposed in the past and I support and thus I'm voting yes. (For the record, I don't know numbers on the opinion polls generated about how the nation feels about Article 3's options.) |

Message | OOC 2: I should also say I'd support equal representation and have done so in the past. C.S.D. correct me if I'm wrong; as long as you and I have been kicking around here it's always been larger regions get more representation hasn't it? |
