| Message | We feel that the Head of Government's budget is extravagent and that offices like the foreign office and finance office which operate a more administrative role do not need such high budgets. I am also happy to operate Transport and Infrastructure which is my ministry on a much lower budget, I am certain i can deliver an equally efficient service.
