MessageOOC: please give me input on your thoughts on this new budget, and to point out as you have propably noticed, yes there is a very large increase in the Science and tech area but this is mainly for the reasearch and development areas of Sci and tech and will lead to to advances in weaponry for defence, as well as other possibilities in health, justice, industry, and even environmentalism. Just some stuff to consider. please leave input.

Message"Mr. Larkin,
It's is a budget with room for discussion and improvement, on your part the framework in which you have lay forth here is sound. I have a few questions: "

"Let's go through the budget from start to end. First, one notices the 0,5 bn increases in both Foreign and Internal Affairs. Why are these sector given so much more money, are they doing tasks which requires more funding? We humbly ask for an answer."

"When it comes to Defence this is a good improvement in the budget. And we would further refer to improvements in funding for this department, as it is, with no discussion the most important department for our nation. - Without it, there would be no nation."

"The Justice department: What are the issues here. We would like Mr. Larkin to explain to us why we are increasing the funds for this department?"

"When further reading in the budget, one arrives to the Health and Social Services department. This is certainly an important department. And with the recent changes in this nations H & SS department, we would like to see significant contributions to this part of the budget. (OOC: Moving from totally private to subsidizing low income citizens)"

"As Mr. Larkin has already produced an answer on the issue of the Science and Technology Department. We would like one of two ways of going about this: There is certainly room for increasing in research towards weaponry advancement, but we need to ensure that these funds are not given to any more bureaucracy or other waste of our citizens tax-money. We would like to ensure that these money are given to the appropriate sub-departments with a strict law in the budget on exactly this matter....The other way of going about it is to put this new increase into the Defence Department but with a clear law saying that these money are marked for research. Either way, these money must not be wasted!"

"Because of our major surplus in the budget, if we are to pass this exact budget, we would still be in behold of a 56 billion ZAR surplus! We would therefore like the budget to be as close to balanced as humanly possible, and therefore would want Mr. Larkin to work towards either increasing the budget in one or more important areas, or cutting the taxes for the hardworking citizens of this country."

"Thank you for your time, and I hope that Mr. Larkin and the rest of the honorable representatives will gather this constructive criticism and eventually we can all stand behind a strong and bipartisan budget to secure the future of our precious country."

OOC: Isn't it so that the USA don't have a special budget for weaponry advancement research, but they file it under the national defence big budget, and then add sub-departments?

MessageOOC: I like the budget as it is though, just a few notes. Perhaps you could make some cuts to Health and Social Services as well as Education and Culture and Food and Ag. With our current laws and the importance of those budgets; cuts are definitely in order to help curb the new amount of spending. Otherwise, I have no objections at the present. Nice post CCA.

Message" In respects to the CCA's concerns and question, lets begin on my explanation of my wanted increase in foreign affair. In the past Zardugal has been an isolated country as the FRP will be will to back my on, but as Zardugal has become more of an international influence with our involvement in the UN of Terra as well as mulitiple other organizations and alliances, our budget should reflect that.

As to Internal affairs, as we look to influencing the outside world around us we must also consider that our country is expanding in population and development, our Internal affairs departments need for funding to keep up with demands of the country.

As to the Justice departments, our country is growing in population and that means that there is going to be increases in the amount of crime and need for prisons, polices, as well multiple government officials involved in the justice department.

As to CCA's cocerns to the Science and Tech funding, Minister Hughes is more then capable to over see the use of this funding, but as an overpercaution the UZLP is creating a team that works under Mr. Hughes in the overseeing of this funding and this team will have equal representation from each party.

As to the FRP concerns on the budget the UZLP believes that there are no cuts nessesary to Health and Social Services and Education and Culture as the Health and education departments are continuing to be unpredictable in what government policy is, that the UZLP believes it is better to have the highest funding in these areas and have too much money then to have too little funding and have sub- par services for the people. As well as we will still be running a surplus the UZLP and myself see no reason to cut our budget."

I thank all parties for your questions and concerns as well as would like to say that if anything I have said seems disrespectful or insulting I apologies as the UZLP and Myself have nothing but respect for my fellow parties as well as have respect for your differences in views from my own."

MessageOOC: You guys do understand that this budget doesn't reflect the current laws at all? Like, say welfare, and the fact that we subsidize health care for low income people. We should use more funds in this post or else we are in fact not following the laws made.
