MessageThis Bill is all across the board. How does anything resembling such nonsense pass? Each of these proposals needs to be a separate bill. For example, in a world with starving children I will NOT vote to give rights to animals. The idea is insane and could only be imagined by a Westerner. However, I would like to vote for other proposals contained in this bill. The idea of agreeing to 21 widely ranging proposals, or enact none of them is imbecile. I would like to submit a proposal that whoever drafted this bill not be allowed to draft future bills and waste the time of the government and the resources of the tax-payers debating nonsensical legislation. If this bill passes, I will call for a revolt against the government. Feed the children then worry about animal rights, not the other way around. Get a clue.

MessageAs has been made clear in private communication, family benefits are currently guaranteed, thus feeding children. If the Shahyd Party wishes to continue this nonsense in public, it can expect to have fire met with fire.

MessageThis year, five million children will starve in Africa, many of them our fellow Muslims. Animals have no rights in a world where children do not have the right to eat. As long as one child starves anywhere on this planet, no place on this planet should be introducing animal rights legislation.

MessageThe honorable and respectable Hizb al-Wataniyya al-Mujadidiyya is justified in taking offence to my criticisms. Granted, my criticism could (and, therefore, should) have been presented better.\r\nI should have begun by commending my colleagues on legislation introducing much needed reforms.\r\nReforms to our policies regarding computers will increase the technological advancement of our nation in a time when technological advancement is, obviously, a requirement to any global influence.\r\nNational parks and forests cannot do anything except make ours a better nation, improve enjoyment of life and, in an age of global climate change, our are best investment in our children. This is not what the Americans would call pork, it is a vital reform to existing policy.\r\nNews Media. The truth does not need protection from lies. Let the foreign media spew their lies and half-truths. FoxNews does not hurt the government of Iran. Why should we fear them? The wicked flee when no man pursues, but the righteous are as bold as lions. I say, we broadcast FoxNews in every home and let every citizen hear firsthand the hatred they spew. They will turn the channel to Al-Jazera themselves.\r\nThe same goes for the internet. The people of this great nation are not so frail and gullible that they need protection from the outside world. They need awareness of that outside world to understand our place in it. They will be a little more educated and education is nothing to fear, unless we are the wicked.\r\nHowever, all these noble endeavours are lost because, while holding the stars, they try to grasp the Heavens as well and inevitably lose everything. How can anybody be expected to support any bill that asks us to recognize that an animal has rights when we live in a world where children do not have a right to eat? The geography of these children has nothing to do with anything. Because they are not here, they are not ours? SACRILIGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!\r\nThey are God\'s and we are His servants.\r\nOnly a Westerner curses a child because of geography. Only a Westerner has greater love for animals than for children.\r\nAll of these tremendous proposals can stand on its own individual weight and, therefore, should. Let every proposal be submitted individually and sink or swim on its strength. Why ask us to reject advancement because we refuse to put animals above children?\r\nWhy must I sacrifice parks so that I need not have my children exposed to obscenity. It is not Western to want to hold hands with somebody of the opposite sex, it is universal, nor does it lead to unwed teenage pregnancy. However, permitting anything short of actual intercourse in public is simply insane.\r\nIn Western politics they use these tricks. They introduce some piece of legislation that cannot pass on its own strength into a piece of legislation that nobody would dare vote against.\r\nI DARE!\r\nI will vote against this bill, despite all the good things in it, because the evil that it also contains is simply too heinous to even imagine.\r\nI will ask that the honorable and respectable party do the honorable and respectable thing and introduce these proposals individually so that the citizens can enjoy the good without having to endure the unthinkable.\r\nI would assume the author would prefer this approach to the one where I cut the bill up and reintroduce the good parts myself, individually. I will not have this party paint Shaydat as an old-fashioned conservative because we do not agree to permitting public fellatio.\r\nShahydat is a reformist party with values.

Messagethank you, noted.
let me state this another way. forget the starving children, animals have no rights. if you could preach animal rights and be elected by an arab muslim society, obviously, the voters are not influenced by arab or muslim beliefs, they are influenced by western values. considering that this is an arab muslim nation, the people should now be protesting in the streets against the animal rights and public affection legislation being introduced. the clerics are calling for the overthrow of the government and the HWM politicians are being targeted for assassination. nobody in this nation wants this legislation. no arab or muslim anywhere in the world wants this legislation. to propose it in such an environment is not simply politically foolish, it puts the nation and every citizen in it at grave risk. you are essentially declaring war on your own people. i don't understand why westerners cannot rest until arab muslims treat dogs as if they were human. look around the world, nobody except westerners treat animals as anything other than animals. we do not bring them in the house, feed them, doctor them, they are animals. 100 years ago, no westerner would consider bringing a dog in the house, or even feeding it and if it got sick injured, you killed it. 100 years ago, westerners still had some sense because they still had to work for their own food. today, they can sit at home, get money from the government, and despite not working, the unemployed are still overweight. westerners have lost touch with the rest of the world, the world where people need to work if they want to eat. westerners think that because they don't have more important concerns than debating how to treat animals, the rest of the world should stop trying to feed itself to debate how we should treat dogs until we agree with the westerners. the HWM needs to be run out of town with the foreign occupiers, there is no difference between the two. the HWM is the political party of the western world imposed upon us. the clerics are right to call for revolution.

MessageOOC: Also, Al'Badara is IN the Western Hemisphere, so references to the "western world" don't make much sense.

MessageOOC: One final note. You are a political party, not a single person. Unless you write these personal speeches in quotations with an obvious signing off of the in-game character who spoke or wrote the words, then you must speak as a group. 'We' instead of 'I'. 'Us' instead of 'me'.

MessageWE, members of Shahydat, are considering disbanding. This whole debacle is absurd. Here we are in an Arab Muslim country and every bit of legislation being introduced is - how would you like me to say it? i cannot use "american," "western," "european," so how do i say it? you tell me? "infidel" doesn't capture it because their are Asian infidels who share none of these values. only westerners have these values, nobody else. not one party here, with the exception of Junood Allah, even pretends to be Arab or Muslim, they never try to consider anything at all from an Arab or Muslim perspective, they never act as though they answer to an Arab or Muslim constituency, and worst, they do not answer to an Arab or Muslim constituency. If they did, Junood Allah would hold every single seat, bar none. Why are any of the rest of you even here? Do you lead such petty existences that you had to make up a game where you could pretend to be George Bush and take over Arab nations and force the people their to live by your values? If you want to give animals rights and make public blow-jobs legal, call the place Kentucky and be done with it. We at Shahydat do not understand any of this. It seems to us, that you have just created yet another platform to show your disgust for values WE Arab Muslims hold sacred. You have created a game to act as a medium to insult the Arab and Muslim world. If you have no respect for Arabs and Muslims at all, and it is perfectly clear that you do not, why do you play this game in an Arab country? What perverse pleasure does it give you? Please help us to understand. If any party, other than Junood Allah, could please explain why they are here, WE at Shahydat would appreciate some clue. Junood Allah is the exception because they are, or at least pretend to be, Arab and Muslim. Their political stances reflect that perspective and they act as if answerable to an Arab Muslim electorate. The rest of you act like you are Americans, creating legislation from an American perspective and act as if the American people are the ones casting the votes. So, why are you here? Why not Aloria, or whatever?

MessageRemember voters, Shahydat and Junood Allah represented you today, whereas every other representative represented themselves alone and completely forgot about you the voter. Come election time, remember who represented you and who usurped your voice and used their office to further their own agenda, rather than yours. These other parties are traitors to this nation. Their leaders should be executed, even by the new Justice Reform standard. I will promoptly introduce legislation calling for their execution.
