People are smart enought to ignore bad advertising, they don't need the government to protect them. This will also save adminstration cost of the law because the government would not have to check the advertisments. |

Message | The government doesn't "check them". There is a set of guidelines set up and advertisers have to follow them. There isn't someone is a room, getting paid by the hour, watching all the advertisements to see if they follow it or not. |
