| Message | The REP has readjusted the national taxation policies in order to decrease the surplus of the national budget. The adjustment was made according to the principles of liberal economies. The brackets were changed from 800 and 1200 Rutas to 1000 and 1500 Rutans and for the higher cathegory the 4% was decreased o 3%.
