Proposed: The law bars the government from extraditing anyone who is a citizen of the state.

Message | Why is it immoral? If a person commits a crime they should face justice. If someone commits a crime in the FSA and then flees we would expect them to be brought back to our country to be tried for their crimes. Providing we feel that our citizens would receive a fair trial and not be punished too severely and they present us with evidence, there can be no reason against extradition |
