Bill: Restoring Justice
Details
Submitted by[?]: Surprise Party
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: December 2743
Description[?]:
The right to appeal is a necessity. Judges are human and make errors. I have no idea why you're so gung-ho about stripping that right, DNP. Especially considering that the Judges in Darnussia right now would have all been appointees of my party, with a few DJPers tossed in, more likely than not. |
Proposals
Article 1
Proposal[?] to change The right to appeal against a judgement rendered by a court.
Old value:: All judgements are final and binding; appealing against them is not possible.
Current: All judgements are final and binding; appealing against them is not possible.
Proposed: Every person has the right to appeal against a judgement and to have it reviewed by a higher court.
