In order to protect Hobrazia from the tyranny of the Axis, we the government of Hobrazia do hereby take the following steps to ensure our glorious nation's freedom.

1. The Axis shall be declared, upon the passage of this bill, an enemy of the Hobrazian people.

2. Membership in the Axis Agreement Organization shall be made punishable by death.

3.. It shall be illegal to provide aid or comfort to any member of the Axis, doing so can result in a fate befitting a traitor.

4 Nova Terra is declared a fully legal entity inside the Hobrazian Imperium, and any person who publicly decries Nova Terra shall be dealt with as seen fit.

5. All companies, public groups, and parties shall be subject to a review board that will be made up of the Liga Saiçerista, the Partido Popular, and the Confederacy of Social Darwinists.

6. The review board shall have the power to declare any of entities illegal.

7. Inspection boards shall be set up in each Sector of the Imperium, at which all members of illegal entities must report to within 48 of a new ruling or face being declared a traitor of the Impeirum.

8. In order to carry out its order the review board will have the power to use the military and local police forces.
