| In an effort to allow for the free practice of the various political ideologies of the Imperium, without fear of interference from the federal government, Emperor Stronky, in his great wisdom, has decided to divide the Hobrazian Imperium into autonomous regions of rule that will be ruled by the respective parties of the current government. To better achieve this goal the basic outlines have been laid out by the office of the current ruling coalition. 1. The Liga Saiçerista shall be granted sole rule over the Kiduran Sector. 2. The Deltaria Sector shall be given to the Partido Popular to rule as they see fit. 3. The rule of the Zargundia Sector shall be given to the Confederacy of Social Darwinists, who shall be the exclusive rulers of the territory. 4. The Stromridge Sector shall become a sector that is subject to the control of the Imperium Congress. 5. The Muzalkaz Sector shall be ruled by both the Confederacy of Social Darwinists and Liga Saiçerista, who shall choose to rule the Sector as they see fit and shall the right to divide into two fully independent spheres of influence. 6. The new governments of the sectors shall be made fully immune from any legal prosecution by any citizens as the new governments are only subject to the Imperium Congress. 7. The new party governments to be put in place shall be free to rule as they set fit, barring censor from the Imperium Congress. 8. The new regional governments shall have the right to maintain their own militias, command their own police forces as they see fit, and to preserve order as best as they see fit. 9. The new regional governments shall have the right to arrest and punish any citizen in their regions freely. 10. The military shall remain an entity at the command of the Emperor and Congress, however the Emperor shall have the legal power, as long as the Emperor is from the Confederacy of Social Darwinists, to give the regional governments any sized segment of the military to enforce the will of the new regional governments. 11. In the case of the Emperor not being from the Confederacy of Social Darwinists, and not having power willing yielded to him by the old CSD Emperor, then any portion of the army yielded to the use of the regional governments shall remain in the control of the respective regional government. |

| Message | We are disgusted by this bill, not least for its attempts to reduce the power of the elected central Government, but to actually force the introduction of the flawed system of federalism onto this nation. Moreover, it is the WSS!P that holds the majority control over Stormridge as elected by this nation. If the Parties of Nova Terra believe they have a mandate due to the election, then it is the WSS!P that has a mandate of control over Stormridge. |
