Description[?]:

In order to better address the current situation of the country and in accordance to Barmenia For Barmenians Act (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=248438), Pontesi hereby closed all borders with Barmenistan except for trade and return of Pontesian citizens, effective immedeately due to a possibility of influx of population that may cause security problem aganist the Empire.

Pontesi also declared a state of emergency in Dandratur and authorize the Pontesian Army to conduct a search for illegal immigrants and deport them to Beiteynu. Curfew is also established until further notice.
