| LAW FOR THE PROTECTION OF HOBRAZIA AGAINST DICTATORSHIP AND TOTALITARIANISM Article 1. Martial law is hereby declared for all of Hobrazia due to the recent events. Article 2. The First Party is banned from participating in any future elections in Hobrazia. Article 3. Warrants shall be issued for the arrest of: Dominic Nessam, Zachery Neesam, Alexandra Neesam, Jacob Neesam, Linda Opal, Ross Neesam, John Piggots, Jessica Neesam, Sarah Lyndons, Clara Bushel, Steve Albers, Peter Liming, Laura Simmons, Roger Greaten, and any other First Party leaders not listed. Article 4. The Servicio de Informação National (OOC: Ministry of Internal Affairs) shall be given the power to arrest any person it sees fit and detain them for any period of time it determines necessary to protect them. Article 4. Zargundian (OOC: Brazilian Portuguese) shall be the official language of Hobrazia. |

| Message | It made sense to spice up Hobrazian culture a bit, at present it is a very bland and in with the general Anglo-European trend of Particracy. Making it a Brazilian Portuguese nation gives it some color. |

| Message | OOC: The language, at present, is based around Anglo-Saxon/ancient Briton and Eastern European (and before someone points out that Anglo-Saxon and ancient Briton are very distinctly different, I realise that it is just based around the sounds and vowels...to a point). The current language is from the historical Hobratz (Britons), Ancient Deltarian (Eastern Europe, although not exactly the same as modern Deltarian, and before someone points out that Eastern Europe is a big place with lots of languages and dialects, I am aware of that) and a hodge-podge of Hobratz/Deltarian, with a hint of Luthorian from the Zargunia's. There's also the arguable recent addition of Germanic from the Muzals, although the actual acceptance of that modified history is questionable. |
