It is estimated, from a recent combined study from Ananto, Neveras, and Suldanor, that 86% of gamblers will become chronically addicted to gambling after a long and unregulated period of time. Of that 86%, a further 77% will end up under the poverty line, as a result of losing all of their material possessions to such excessive gambling. We honor the freedom of Kalistan, but this is one law that we will not budge on. |
