Bill: Defence Industries

Details

Submitted by[?]: The Kanjoran Centrist Party

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: June 2748

Description[?]:

Privitisation of defence industries, there is no need for the state to own these industries. We can buy arms as and when we need them and allow money to be made from these industries abroad if we don't. The industry should be privately owned giving citizens the chance to become owners of industry and not just workers in it.

Defence Minister

MessageWe wish to use our coalition vote, we get three. We didn't use it on the Privitisation bill as under your parties coalition convention it was too large a bill and not strictly under our ministerial mandate.

Random fact: In cases where players introduce RP laws to a nation and then leave, Moderation reserves the discretion to declare the RP laws void if they appear to have fallen into disuse. In particular, please bear in mind that a player who is inexperienced with Particracy role-play and has joined a nation as the only party there should not generally be expected to abide by RP laws implemented by previous players who have been and left.
