Humane Prisons Act, 2749 Article 1 1) Nothing in this act shall be construed to allow prisoners convicted of violent offenses to participate in voluntary prison job programs. 2) Nothing in this act shall be construed to allow prisoners sentenced to a term of imprisonment longer than twenty-five years to participate in prisoner education and rehabilitation plans. |

Message | I did not notice that. However, the FAP still thinks that spending money trying to rehab criminals (small time burgler or serial killer) when they already failed in the regular Hulstrian school system is a waste. |
