Bill: Budget proposal of January 2750
Details
Submitted by[?]: Liga Saiçerista
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This bill proposes to change the allocation of funds in the budget. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.
Voting deadline: September 2750
Description[?]:
The Liga Saiçerista propose to adjust the government's spending budget to better address the economic and social situation of the Hobrazian Imperium. My lunatic economics have already made Hobrazia's economy the strongest on Terra (no joke). If we further the principle we will be unstoppable. |

Message | I should warn you: I wrecked Kafuristan's economy permanently this way. Passing too high government spending can permanently prevent a nation from passing spending bills and fix its spending permanently at zero, sending it into a cycle of economic decline. I'd recommend keeping spending within whatever your GDP is, just to be on the safe side. |

Message | That aside, congrats on making Hobrazia ridiculously wealthy. Gotta love those broken economics... |

Message | Inflation run amok. |

Message | Yes, but for several decades Hobrazia will have the strongest economy on the planet. If and when the spending bug kicks in, we can ditch the broken shell of Hobrazia and move on to infest another nation. |

Message | It kicks in straight away after the passing of too large a spending bill. I don't know exactly how large is too large, though: the one I passed in Kafuristan that ruined our economy was considerably larger than this. On reflection, this will probably be okay. |
